The unsolicited insinuations of a gossip create lifelong & inescapable suspicions. It’s hazardous to lend your ear!
“Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another.” (Prov. 27:17 ESV) Don’t surround yourself with yes-men, you need to be rubbed the wrong way.

Whatever we allow to occupy our mind controls us. Paul says in Philippians 2:5: “Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus.â€Â  This includes not only our intellectual capabilities but our will, disposition, and attitude.  We can be “transformed†by the renewing of our minds (Romans 12:2), taking “captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ†(2 Corinthians 10:5).
