Is the sun shining brightly,

Or is it cloudy and gloomy?

Are you feeling good today,

Or do you have a troubled heart?

Can you find some time to rest today,

Or is there too much to do?

Can you pay those bills today,

Or is there not enough money?

 

Nothing is impossible for God! If we can’t handle

our problems alone, turn them  over to the Lord.

Sometimes the circumstances may not change

but prayer and God’s Word may change our attitude.

 

He may not make the sun shine

But He can still fill you with joy.

James 1:2-3  “Consider it pure joy whenever

you face trials of any kind…”

 

He may not make your troubles go away

But He can give you peace and comfort.

Romans 15:13 “May the God of hope fill

you with all joy and peace………”

 

There may still be too much to do

But He will ease the anxiety and give you rest.

Matthew 11:28-30 “Come to me all you who are weary

and burdened, and I will give you rest.”

Philippians 4:6-7 “Do not be anxious about anything

but in everything present your requests to

 God…and the peace of God  will guard

your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.”

 

He may not pay the bills today but He will meet all your needs.

Philippians 4:19  “And my God will meet all your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus.”

And remember the promises He has made to you that He will not forsake you, He will always be there for you, He wants you to live a life of joy and peace and He loves you no matter what.

Jeremiah 29:11 :For I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you and give you hope and a future.”

“This is the day the Lord has made, rejoice and be glad.” Psalm 118:24
