NASB Translation

What a great promise Jesus stated, where two or three followers of His are gathered together, He is with us, but it goes farther than that. God’s word tells me God knew of me from the beginning, before I was conceived, before I was in my Mother’s womb, when I was born, and all of my life until now, and being I am a child of His, for eternity. Thank you Lord. According to God’s word His ministering spirits were with me, to watch over me even before I received Jesus as my Lord and Savior. Should I believe this? Yes, because God says so, and if He says so, it is so. Can I prove it? Yes, I can. If it had been up to me I would have been dead before I was 10 years old. Being disobedient as I was quite often as a child, I did not listen, and went to a gravel pit lake to play on the ice with my cousin Leah, and Donald, a friend. Well you know what happened, I went through the ice in water way over my head, plus I couldn’t swim. My cousin and friend frightened, ran for home. As I have discovered, no one comes out of a situation like that alive. As I went up and down in the water, a voice in my head told me to turn around and grab hold of more solid ice. Holding on I still could not get out, but there was a stick frozen parallel to the ice arms-length away. I grabbed the stick, but still couldn’t get out. Then the voice told me to put my right leg on the ice and pull myself out with my leg, then roll away from the hole. I got up, grabbed my bike and rode home. When I squished squashed into the house I told Mom I fell into a puddle, but she knew the truth. I can’t remember being frightened, or even cold at the time. I did not realize the miracle it was for many years, but Grandmother Six told me, God isn’t through with you yet, she sure knew what she was talking about.

Thank you Lord that I am never alone, and your ministering Spirits have, and are watching over me.
