One morning this past week I was doing my errands on a sunny day in a happy mood. At the stop light a man behind me blasted his horn the minute the light changed to green. Going into the store parking lot a woman yelled at me to “go†while I was waiting for her to cross in front of me, and then a woman squeezed in front of me in the check-out line with a whole cart full of groceries. When I got home I read an e-mail from my daughter that said she had said good morning to three people on her way to work and not one of them said anything back to her…not even a smile, she said.
         How sad is it when people have to face their days with such anger, impatience, rudeness and thoughtlessness when they could find peace if they would only accept God’s love and grace. Life is better with Jesus living with us. Amen?
